Shipping Policy


All orders are dispatched with ROYAL MAIL or Evri.

We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days, Royal Mail or Evri will aim to deliver within 1-5 working days dependent on delivery service chosen at checkout.

Orders may be sent to in multiple parcels to help reduce shipping times. 

We are required to wait 10 days from when your order was meant to be delivered before we can make a claim with Royal Mail or Evri. If your order does not arrive within this time frame, please check your tracking number & email us at with your order number & we will investigate further.

Once your order is dispatched you may have the option with Royal Mail or Evri to have your parcel delivered to a designated safe place of your choice, this is done at your own risk therefore we take no responsibility for missing/stolen items, in these circumstances no replacement or refund will be offered by us.

We cannot offer refunds on late or missing orders. 

We are not responsible for any address errors made at the time of ordering; we advise you to check your confirmation email which you will receive once your order has been placed (please also check your junk/spam folders before contacting us as emails can sometimes end up here) contact us straight away if any mistakes have been made & need altering before we dispatch your order.

As a small business we are unable to offer free returns, if however, your product arrives faulty or broken we will reimburse your postage cost once we have received your parcel, we will also require proof of postage.  We advise you return you via Royal Mail or Evri with a tracking number as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit back to us.

Any orders that are not delivered & returned to us due to the incorrect address details being entered can be resent at the cost of the customer, alternatively a refund can be issued for the products ordered minus the original postage fee, if free delivery was used £3.25 will be deducted from the refund to cover our postage costs.

Refunds will be handled through email if a refund in this situation is requested. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed, if you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

If your order is sent to your local Royal Mail depot due to a failed delivery attempt, it is Royal Mail's or Evri's policy that orders are held for 18 days before being returned to ourselves.  It is your responsibility to collect your order or make suitable delivery arrangements with Royal Mail or Evri.

In the event that your parcel is returned to us you may be liable for postage costs for your order to be resent if requested, alternatively a refund can be issued for the products ordered minus the original postage fee or £3.25 if free delivery was used.
