Do I have to sell in the shop to sell on the website?

The simple answer is no. But there are going to be items we will not sell on our website (see the “Items we cannot sell online” list attached). Those items may be better sold in the shop. You do need to factor in your customer base. Some of your customers may not want to shop online. You may want to sell in the shop, so those customers do not miss out on your products.

 

Can I move from the shop to just selling on the website?

The simple answer is yes. However, in doing so you will likely miss out on in-shop sales. Can customers buy from multiple concession holders? Absolutely, this is no different to how it is today in the shop. The is the very reason why all items sold on the website must be stored in our warehouse. This ensures a single dispatch and a single postage cost for the customer. We will not sell any items not stored in our warehouse.
